Seefried Industrial Properties Announces Travis Elenitsky as Vice President of Construction
ATLANTA (November 17, 2015) - Seefried Industrial Properties announced today that Travis Elenitsky has joined the Seefried team as the Vice President of Construction and will be managing Seefried's new Los Angeles office. Elenitsky comes with a wealth of experience and many successfully completed industrial and office projects, including FedEx Freight Service Center (90,000 square feet), 101 Medical Office Center in Phoenix, AZ (80,000 square feet), and Amazon's Cherry Logistics Center (574,000 square feet) and Redlands Business Center (704,000 square feet).
"Travis has more than 10 years of experience as a construction manager with a proven track record of success. His industry knowledge and experience with industrial and office projects made hiring him an easy choice," said Rob Rakusin, President and CEO of Seefried Industrial Properties. Elenitsky graduated from Arizona State University in 2005 with a BS in Construction Management. Prior to joining the Seefried team, Elenitsky served as a senior project manager for McShane Construction Company for more than eight years before joining Griffin Opportunities as a construction manager in April 2014. In total, Travis has successfully managed more than 3.7 million square feet of office and industrial projects, totaling more than $150 million in contract value.
