A recently released track entitled "Don't Worry" includes what Vanessa felt are "insensitive and disrespectful" lyrics about her late husband. In a statement posted on her Instagram story Monday night, Vanessa strongly objected to Meek Mill's use of Kobe's name.
"Dear [Meek Mill], I find this line to be extremely insensitive and disrespectful. Period," Vanessa said. "I am no Pau Gasol t familiar with any of your music, but I believe you can do better than this. If you are a fan, fine, there's a better way to show your admiration for my husband. This lacks respect and tact."
