Development duo Seefried Properties and USAA Real Estate Co. have joined forces in Virginia again to develop a five-building park for Philip Morris USA Inc. in Chesterfield, Va. The park will consist of four warehouses, each planned, 252,000-square-foot facilities, and one administrative and maintenance building, which will be approximately 25,000 square feet.

Philip Morris will be occupying the entire park at completion, which is scheduled for May 2015. The park will sit on nearly 119 acres, and construction on the development has already begun.

"We're glad to get the chance to work with USAA Real Estate again on such a large project", said Jim Condon, chief development officer of Atlanta-based Seefried Properties. "We enjoyed teaming with Philip Morris and CBRE to identify the best site and executing together to start the project on schedule".

CBRE represented Philip Morris in the deal. USAA and Seefried Properties previously developed the 1-million-square-foot Amazon distribution center in Meadowville, along with the Amazon center in Dinwiddie County.
