Crow Holdings Capital Real Estate selected Seefried Industrial Properties as the developer for Building One and Building Two of the Redlands Gateway Logistics Center project in Redlands, California, which is currently under construction. The spec warehouse distribution facilities sit on more than 42 acres with a close proximity to I-10 and CA-210 Freeways, with direct access to and from West Coast ports. The project is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2016. Redlands Gateway Logistics Center is Seefried's first development project in the Inland Empire submarket.

Building One will be a 614,328-square-foot, front-loaded warehouse and distribution center. The building specifications include office-to-suit, 87 dock-high doors, two grade-level doors, 123 trailer parking stalls, 252 automobile parking stalls and 185 feet of all-concrete secured truck court.

"I think this state-of-the-art industrial development will be extremely attractive to tenants and am confident it will draw a significant amount of interest."
