Port St. Lucie, FL (August 6, 2021) – Seefried Industrial Properties, a national real estate development and management firm that specializes in large-scale industrial and logistics projects, is developing a 1,080,308-square-foot facility for a global eCommerce retailer. The project is known under the code name “Project Midway.”

The future warehouse is being constructed on 110 acres at Midway Business Park on West Midway Road near Interstate 95. The facility’s structural elements will be comprised of tilt-up concrete wall panels with a building height of 50’-2.” Additional features include 1,039,355 square feet of warehouse space, 32,457 square feet of office and social space along with 1,000 employee parking spaces and 390 trailer stalls.

Construction is expected to begin late fall 2021. Completion and commissioning are scheduled for summer 2022. The general contractor on the project is The Conlan Company; the architect is Ford & Associates; the civil engineer is Kimley-Horn.
