Melbourne, FL – Seefried Industrial Properties has recently launched construction on a new last mile delivery station for one of the world’s largest e-commerce retailers near Interstate 95 in Melbourne. The 141,360-square-foot, single-story building is located between West Eau Gallie Boulevard and Sarno Road and will serve as a last mile distribution center to provide fast and efficient delivery for customers in the metro area.

To maximize efficiencies, the building will feature 32-foot clear heights, 15 dock doors, 12 trailer parking slips, parking for 797 delivery vans and 230 employee parking spaces.

A March 2022 completion is expected. The Conlan Company is serving as the general contractor; BL Companies is serving as the architect; Kimley-Horn is serving as the civil engineer.
