Seefried Industrial Properties entered the Dallas/Fort Worth marketplace in 1997 with an initial focus on fulfilling freight forwarding needs with state-of-the-art industrial product in and around DFW International Airport. Since then, Seefried has completed multiple projects on and around the Airport, including Riverpark (335-acre master-planned industrial park), a Mercedes-Benz project (2 Bldgs – 320K SF) and Airfield Logistics Center (2 Bldgs – 356K SF). Seefried has developed extensively in the South Dallas submarket with master-planned parks including Southfield Park 35 (2.2M SF), Interchange 20/45 (2M SF) and East Gate Logistics Center (1.9M SF). Seefried has been active throughout Texas and surrounding states with a myriad of other speculative and build-to-suit developments across the DFW Metroplex, Kansas City, Oklahoma City/Tulsa, Austin, San Antonio, San Marcos, Houston and Baton Rouge.
