About Us

Founded in Atlanta, Georgia in 1984 by Ferdinand Seefried, Seefried Industrial Properties is a privately held industrial real estate firm providing development, leasing, and property management services across key U.S. logistics markets. Since its founding, the company has grown from its Atlanta roots into a national real estate firm with regional offices in Chicago, Dallas, Phoenix, and Los Angeles, delivering more than 220 million square feet of industrial space.

Our growth has been driven by long-standing relationships and a reputation for transparency, accountability, and disciplined execution.
