Dennis Barnette

Mr. Barnette joined Seefried in December 2020 as Development Manager where he is responsible for oversight of industrial developments across the Southeast including all phases of pre-development, construction management and project close-out.

Mr. Barnette’s professional experience includes over six years working as a General Contractor for Batson-Cook where he was involved in a variety of product types throughout the southeast. His commercial experience includes healthcare, and multi-family projects including a four core and shell mixed use projects at The Battery Atlanta 46M, a five story core and shell medical office building known as MOB5, as well as, a complete renovation of the existing cafeteria at Northside Forsyth 25M & 6M, a four story impatient medical facility renovation in an existing office park building including construction of a new exterior elevator for Veritas Collaborative 12M, a 250 unit apartment wrap in Charlotte, NC known as The Gibson $32M, and a 279 unit condo project in West Midtown Atlanta known as 788 West Marietta 93M.
