Doug Houser

Vice President of Development - Midwest Region

Mr. Houser joined Seefried Properties in 2018 and currently serves as Vice President of Development. In this capacity, he is responsible for sourcing and executing build-to-suit and speculative development projects across the Midwest. Execution consists site selection, financing, due diligence, entitlements, land acquisition, design, construction, and leasing.

Prior to joining Seefried, Mr. Houser served as a Senior Project Manager with ARCO/Murray National Construction for over seven years. His role included project management and business development as a design-build contractor, primarily focused on the heavy industrial and manufacturing market sectors.
