Jimmy Ivancic

As Senior Vice President of Development, Mr. Ivancic is tasked with sourcing and overseeing the execution of build-to-suit and speculative development projects the South Central region of the United States. This includes managing every aspect of the development process, from site selection and financing to due diligence, entitlements, land acquisition, design, construction, and leasing.

With a wealth of experience exceeding a decade in construction management, Mr. Ivancic is entrenched in every facet of the development process. From initial planning to project execution and cost analysis, he consistently delivers value to clients by streamlining operations and optimizing resources.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Ivancic has successfully managed a multitude of project types and has been involved in the development and acquisition of over 15 million square feet of industrial product.
