As Vice President of Development, Mr. Ivancic is responsible for managing all phases of the development process including due diligence, entitlement, and construction for projects throughout the South Central region of the U.S. Mr. Ivancic brings over 10 years of experience in construction management and is integrated in all aspects of the process including pre-construction activities, project management, and cost estimating, saving his clients significant time and resources.
Throughout his career, Mr. Ivancic has successfully managed a multitude of industrial and commercial construction projects and has been involved in the development of over 15 million square feet of industrial product nearing approximately $1 billion in total project value.
