Shannon Kolesar

Mrs. Kolesar joined Seefried Properties in August 2020 bringing six years of commercial real estate experience involving a variety of asset classes. As Development Services Coordinator at Seefried, she is responsible for coordination across teams to assist with site acquisitions, due diligence, development, and construction for new industrial projects. Additional duties include managing consultant agreements and insurance requirements, project accounting, review of due diligence reports, navigating title issues, and working with capital partners to ensure project funding.

Prior to joining Seefried, Mrs. Kolesar worked for WeWork, focusing on acquiring new office locations across the Southeast. Before that, she worked for Lidl US, managing acquisitions and development to execute Lidl’s retail expansion in Georgia.
