Jim Condon

Mr. Condon holds dual roles as Chief Development Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Seefried Properties. With over three decades in the industrial sector, including 25 years at Seefried, he brings extensive expertise in site selection, acquisition, venture financing, design, construction, budget management, leasing, and asset disposition.

Mr. Condon's career highlights include successfully overseeing the development of millions of square feet for globally recognized corporate tenants and managing projects valued as high as $350 million during his tenure at Seefried.
