Molly West

Mrs. West joined Seefried Properties in 2006 as one of Seefried’s Development Service Coordinators. She is responsible for handling the coordination of due diligence for acquisitions and dispositions including title/survey review, contract management, zoning and entitlements. She acts as a liaison between capital partners, tenants, attorneys, and title officers throughout site feasibility and the closing process. Mrs. West is also responsible for project accounting and insurance compliance during construction through project completion.

During her 13-year career in industrial real estate, Mrs. West has been involved in the development and acquisition of over 50 million square feet of institutional, Class A, industrial space totaling over $4 billion in market value.

Prior to joining Seefried, Mrs. West was with Whiting-Turner Contracting Company.
