Scott Irwin

Senior Vice President - Southern California Region

Mr. Irwin joined Seefried Properties in 2016 to establish the Southern California office. As Senior Vice President, he focuses on evaluating new acquisition and development opportunities, managing due diligence initiatives, and securing financing, leasing, and dispositions. With over 20 years of experience in industrial real estate, he has been involved in property joint venture partnerships, project development, leasing, and finance.

During his career, Mr. Irwin has been instrumental in the development, leasing, and sale of over 20 million square feet of space.

Before joining Seefried, Mr. Irwin spent 12 years with Prologis (formerly AMB) in various capital development roles, most recently leading the capital deployment group for Los Angeles.
