Vice President of Development - Texas Region
Mr. Otte joined Seefried Properties in 2014 as Vice President of Development for the Texas Region. In this capacity, he directs all preconstruction budgeting and construction oversight for development activities in the Texas Region, including the states of Oklahoma and Kansas, with an emphasis on the Dallas market.
Prior to joining Seefried, Mr. Otte managed construction projects and staff in several major markets, including Tampa, Atlanta and Minnesapolis, as well as working on projects across the eastern half of the U.S. predominantly for build-to-suit projects for Fortune 500 companies. The majority of this work was done on a design/build basis managing the sales, budgeting, design and construction phases.
Throughout his 45-year career in the construction and development industry, Mr. Otte has been responsible for the development of over 25 million square feet of industrial space.
