Sean Tyrrell

Vice President of Construction - Southeast Region


Mr. Tyrrell joined Seefried Properties in 2006 as Vice President of Construction where he is charged with oversight of all construction and development activities throughout the Southeast. Prior to managing developments throughout the Southeast, Mr. Tyrell managed the Chicago and Midwest region from 2007 until February 2021.

Throughout his 25-year career in industrial development, Mr. Tyrrell has been responsible for cost estimating and managing over 20 million square feet nearing $1 billion in project value.

Prior to joining Seefried, Mr. Tyrell spent 6 years with Northern Builders Inc. where he started out as a Project Manager and then moved up to the ownership division of the company to provide detailed cost estimates for build-to-suit clients.
