Karen Glover

Karen assumed the role of Senior Property Manager at Seefried Properties in April 2024. She is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of over 9 million square feet of industrial space, which includes managing budgeting, tenant services, preventative maintenance, sustainability initiatives, and coordinating with service and maintenance providers.

With over 20 years of experience in the industrial sector, including maintenance oversight, operational optimization, and regulatory compliance, Karen brings a wealth of expertise to her new role at Seefried. Prior to joining the company, she served as Senior Property Manager at Dalfen Industrial, where she managed a portfolio of industrial properties totaling over 4 million square feet. In this capacity, Karen oversaw all aspects of operations, personnel management, repairs and maintenance, tenant relations, strategic planning, fiscal planning, and risk management for the properties under her purview.
