Greg Herren

Mr. Herren joined Seefried Properties in May 2000 as Vice President of Marketing and Leasing, later advancing to Chief Operating Officer, and now serves as President and Chief Executive Officer. He directs the company’s strategic direction and provides vital support to Seefried's regional offices. Mr. Herren plays a crucial role in structuring deals, managing financing activities, and cultivating relationships with Seefried’s U.S. capital partners and key stakeholders.

With over 25 years of extensive real estate expertise, Mr. Herren has a proven track record in industrial real estate lending, sales, and development. Before joining Seefried, he spent five years at Trammell Crow Company leasing industrial projects and six years with Bank of America’s real estate finance group.
