Senior Vice President - West Region
Mr. Quintel joined Seefried Properties in August 2011 as Senior Vice President. In this capacity, he is responsible for the development, construction, project management and acquisitions for the Western Region of the U.S. Mr. Quintel joined Seefried with over 12 years of industrial real estate development, leasing, and finance experience.
During his 20-year career in industrial real estate, Mr. Quintel has been responsible for the development and acquisition of over 25 million square feet of industrial properties totaling over $2.5 billion in development costs.
Prior to joining Seefried, Mr. Quintel was Senior Vice President and Development Partner with Panattoni Development Company, where he led development and acquisitions in Northern California, Nevada, and Arizona. More recently, Mr. Quintel served as Managing Director of Volt Real Estate Services in Phoenix, AZ where he grew the office into a full service real estate operation.
