Paul Seefried

Executive Vice President

Paul joined Seefried Properties in February 2011 as a Project Manager on the build-to-suit development team. Since then, he has been actively involved in the development of over 20 million square feet of industrial space across the country, including regional distribution centers for in Texas, Georgia, Tennessee, Virginia, and Florida. Paul now serves as Executive Vice President where he is responsible for all facets of development, acquisition, and leasing.

Paul assumes an integral role in driving the business development and expansion efforts for European institutional and private capital partners. With a keen focus on cultivating strategic relationships, he actively engages in identifying and capitalizing on opportunities that align with the growth objectives of both Seefried Industrial Properties and its esteemed European capital partners.

Prior to joining Seefried Properties, Paul spent three years working as a Development Analyst in the multifamily industry for the Lane Company, followed by three years working as a Commercial Broker where he worked on a variety of real estate asset classes including: timberland, multifamily, retail, single-family residential and industrial land.
