Seefried Develops Multiple Warehouse Facilities for Victory Packaging

Seefried Industrial Properties was selected to develop three separate warehouse and distribution facilities for Victory Packaging, a national distribution company specializing in solving packaging complexities. The projects are located in Illinois, Texas and Massachusetts and are a part of Victory Packaging’s national network of more than 6 million square feet of warehouse space.

“We appreciate the opportunity to work with Victory Packaging on these warehouse and distribution facilities in such vital markets for their business,” said Dave Riefe, senior vice president of Seefried’s Midwest region. “All three sites offer convenient access to highways and interstates, making distribution easy for Victory Packaging and their clients.”

Seefried completed a build-to-suit project for Victory Packaging in Fort Worth, Texas in the first quarter of 2015. The building is 327,700 square feet with a 32’ clear height. Located between Highway 260 and Highway 161, the central Dallas location offers easy access to Interstate 30 and Interstate 20, providing an ideal position for a distribution facility.

Seefried completed the second Victory Packaging build-to-suit project in the fourth quarter of 2015. The project is located in Bellingham, Massachusetts, just outside of Boston. At 250,000 square feet, the Boston project was constructed in just six months, commencing during one of the most sever winters in Boston history. The Bellingham project is located at the corner of Maple and High streets and offers convenient access to Interstate 495 and 95.

Seefried is nearing completion of the Victory Packaging build-to-suit project in Aurora, Illinois. The 275,442-square-foot building is currently under construction and is expected for be completed in the first quarter of 2016. The distribution facility and warehouse space is located along the I-88 East West Tollway and offers exceptional highway visibility and access.
