Mr. Rob Rakusin serves as Seefried Properties’ President and Chief Executive Officer, providing strategic direction for the company and overseeing day-to-day operations. His leadership for the past 15 years has helped Seefried become one of the leading privately held industrial development companies in the United States.
Mr. Rakusin provides support to Seefried’s regional offices and assists in the deal structure and financing activities of the company, including financial analysis, leasing and determination of long-term property ownership decisions. He is also instrumental in Seefried’s build-to-suit development opportunities.
Prior to joining Seefried, Mr. Rakusin served as Managing Director and Vice President of Development for Landmarks Development, GmbH, the German subsidiary of The Landmarks Group, responsible for development of office buildings and industrial parks in the Berlin market. Before that, he was the Vice President of Project Finance for the parent organization in Atlanta.
Active in his community, Mr. Rakusin is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and Urban Land Institute. He is a graduate of the University of Florida, from the School of Accounting.
