Mr. Quintel joined Seefried in August 2011 as Senior Vice President, Western Region.  He is charged with all development and acquisition responsibilities for the western US.

Prior to joining Seefried, Mr. Quintel spent 11 years with Panattoni Development Company as a development partner in Northern California, Nevada, and Arizona. Most recently, Mr. Quintel served as Managing Director for Voit Real Estate Services in Phoenix, AZ where he formed and grew the office into a full service real estate operation.

During his 12 year career, Mr. Quintel has been responsible for the development, acquisition, and management of 6,000,000 square feet of industrial, office, and retail properties approaching $450,000,000 in value.

Mr. Quintel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Strategic Management from California State University, Sacramento. He is an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors.
